I've been writing this blog only in
finnish, but in the future I also try to write some stuff in english.
Something about me: I study Art eduction as major in the Lapland
University in Rovaniemi, some day (soon I hope) to become art
teacher. As minor I study art (or visual arts). I love to paint and
draw, using computer to produce artwork is my weakness. =P Listening
to music when I paint is important to me, it gives me the
flow-feeling.
This blog was originally ment to be
like a journal for my art project in Lapland University, but I have
gone close to this blog, so I wanted to continue it. I am going to
blog about my next project, which is connected to Praktikum II, but
more about that later.
Those gasmasks that you see in this
blog, are the final artwork in my Art education studies. The class is
called Advanced Art Project and we were given almost ”free hands”
what comes to technique, execution and stuff like that. The theme
was Wellbeing. After the whole semester of meetings, planning and
painting we had final exhibition which is called OLO-exhibition. The
exhibition is in Valo-gallery, Arktikum in Rovaniemi.
